A: No, Houston Highway Credit Union has upgraded your new Debit Card to improve security and help keep you protected. There is no cost to you for this service.
Q: Will my joint account owner get a new Debit Card as well?
A: Yes, everyone with a checking account will get a new Debit Card; although the new cards may not arrive on the same day.
Q: If I have an existing credit card, will it be replaced too?
A: No, your credit card will not be affected, only Debit Cards.
Q: Can I keep the same PIN?
A: Yes, but you must activate your new Debit Card with your new Personal Identification Number (PIN) of your choice.
